Many so-called anti aging supplements on the market are scams.  The better ones merely don't work. The worse ones, on top of not giving you any benefits for your money, can be detrimental to your health with their side effects.

This is why I always do plenty of online research before buying a product. I would go to consumer complaint websites to see whether anyone has filed complaints against each product, and then go to relevant forums to see what consumers are saying about the product.
